With over 28 years of banking experience, Nathon leads the Edina retail team by developing an atmosphere of teamwork, open communication, and unity. He is responsible for managing operations, monitoring and tracking progress toward retail objectives, as well as implementing coordinated efforts to achieve goals. 

Nathon earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Augsburg University and his master's degree from the University of Phoenix. He stays involved in his community by volunteering for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and the Greater Twin Cities United Way. Outside of work, Nathon enjoys reading, traveling, home improvement projects, and spending time with his family and friends.
