Officer Emily Jepson has worked for the Edina Police Department since 2014. She is currently assigned as the Community Engagement Officer for the department. In addition to her community engagement role, Emily is also a Crisis Negotiator, Use of Force instructor, Peer Support Team Leader and Junior Police Coordinator.
Emily attained her Bachelors Degree in Scandinavian Studies and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and her Law Enforcement Certificate from Metropolitan State University.
When Emily is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband in the garden.
