Take a Midweek Pause at Align & Unwind
Step away from the hustle and take time for yourself at Align & Unwind—a women's wellness event designed to help you relax, reset, and restore your natural flow. Hosted in our welcoming space, this event features a restorative yoga session and guided meditation led by a certified YogaFit instructor, perfect for all experience levels. In addition to the yoga flow, you’ll hear from a local chiropractor who will share insights on the importance of movement, alignment, and mindfulness in your daily life. Learn how small, intentional practices can have a big impact on your overall well-being!
Before the main session begins, enjoy a wellness-focused social hour complete with:
- Wellness pop-ups from local businesses featured below
- Light bites and refreshments provided by Extract Juicery
- A fun and meaningful opportunity to connect with like-minded women who are curious about health, wellness, and self-care!
This event is the perfect blend of gentle movement, community connection, and mindful inspiration. Please bring your own yoga mat (BYOM), and note that space is limited—registration is required.
