She has had the privilege to learn the intricacies of business by working in staffing recruitment, and in HR departments in for profit and nonprofit organizations. She is leveraging this information to now connect the top Executive Administrative Assistant talent to great companies.
She is an active Member on the MBP Minnesota Business Partnership Executive Assistant Committee, which serves the top 130 EA from the Twin Cities through their workshops, networking meetings and conferences.
She is a regular participant in the ELS forum, and enjoys learning and supporting Executive Assistants in their careers. She has a passion for the importance of the EA role, and educates Executives where appropriate, new concepts and the expansion of the role into a strategic partner.
She is a mentor at the U of MN, helping college students career identification, networking, and motivation.
