It's been a hard year, give yourself some time to refresh, to recharge, to REFILL YOUR CUP.

Does it feel like life has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs lately? The pandemic, navigating the holiday season, changes at work, and dealing with "distance everything" have all left our normal routines in disruption. Can we even say what normal is anymore?

There is talk of a new normal, but what does THAT even mean? It can be a struggle to find ways to get through the day in a positive, productive manner. Feeling drained leaves many of us feeling like we have nothing left to give, like we have an empty cup.

However, there are ways to Refill Your Cup, even if you need to stay physically distant from others. Finding small ways to work with and move through your stress response allows your body to find some calm within the ups and downs.

Come and spend time with Lori, a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, to learn creative and effective ways to Refill Your Cup. We'll practice various mind-body skills together and have time to connect with each other. You'll leave with a workbook of these skills, plus a few bonus extras, so you'll be able to use them when you need to.
