Michelle Swanson is the Manager of Community Relations for Xcel Energy, where she oversees relationships with communities across operations, energy policy, emergency response, and economic development. With nearly 39 years at Xcel Energy and its predecessor Northern States Power, she has served in roles spanning energy forecasting, business analysis, environmental, and regulatory affairs. Michelle is also deeply involved in her community, serving on multiple nonprofit and chamber boards and participating in leadership programs through the Humphrey Institute and Minnesota Chamber.
